CEDAR Outreach Program

At CEDAR Outreach, we support individuals struggling with substance use, chronic homelessness, employment barriers, and poverty-related legal issues.

Our peer-support team offers:

  • Personalized resources and tailored assistance to address the individual needs of street-entrenched individuals

  • Peer workers who empathetically understand clients and meet them where they are

  • Relationships built on trust, dignity, and mutual respect

We empower clients to make positive life changes, regardless of their current living situation.

Prevention & Diversion

Our Tenant Advocates work with Abbotsford residents who are at risk of homelessness or recently homeless by offering comprehensive support and services like:

  • Tenant-landlord mediation

  • Rent subsidies and financial assistance

  • Service connections

  • Capacity building and coaching

  • Paperwork assistance and ID recovery

We aim to find innovative solutions to prevent and resolve homelessness in Abbotsford swiftly and effectively.
