Megan Capp
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Megan has a Master of Arts degree in conflict analysis and management and is currently getting her doctorate. Megan is a practitioner with many years of experience in community development and justice work. CEDAR is in line with her personal passion of creating spaces for human dignity and justice.

PROGRAM MANAGER
Josh has a BA in criminology and history working alongside vulnerable populations, including people experiencing homelessness & older adults.

Giving out resources and support she wishes she had when she was living on the street ten years ago.

OUTREACH WORKER
Johnny has a diploma in social services and youth care and is trying to make a meaningful contribution to address some of the many social issues our cities and neighbours are facing today.

Roy has been working as a Peer Support Worker for the past 15 years, first at Positive Living (now known as Phoenix Society), as well as at The Cabin, and now at CEDAR Outreach.

Jennifer has worked with vulnerable populations in supportive housing and is excited to serve her community to lower the rates of homelessness

Andrea worked at SafePoint, Canada’s first overdose prevention site, as well as in outreach, shelters, tenant support, and as a caseworker.

Uchenna has lived experience with housing insecurity and immigration and has a background as a shelter worker and a tenant support worker in supportive housing.
